Our company is searching for experienced candidates for the position of bilingual CPR BLS instructor. Please review the list of responsibilities and qualifications. While this is our ideal list, we will consider candidates that do not necessarily have all of the qualifications but have sufficient experience and talent.CPR BLS instructors provide subject matter expertise and demonstrate extensive, in-depth knowledge of all of Darline's Nursing Services and Shop LLC products, services, policies, and procedures.
Responsibilities--- Implemented hands-on activities to practice CPR techniques and refine students' skills for emergency situations.--- Taught complete requirements to help participants pass official American Heart Association CPR certification.--- Engaged with class members to help develop knowledge and abilities in cardiopulmonary resuscitation.--- Planned and completed detailed lectures to outline CPR course material for students.--- Followed official American Heart Association Manuals to deliver knowledgeable and relevant training to class participants.--- Taught students how to intervene in medical emergencies and how to perform head to toe assessments.--- Worked successfully with diverse group of coworkers to accomplish goals and address issues related to our products and services.--- Ensured compliance with American Heart Association guidelines in all aspects of BLS instruction and certification procedures.--- Maintained accurate records of student progress, identifying areas for additional support and intervention when necessary.--- Facilitated regular practice sessions, reinforcing core concepts and building students'' confidence in their abilities--- Enhanced training effectiveness by incorporating real-life scenarios and hands-on activities in lesson plans.--- Administered practical exams, providing constructive feedback to enhance students' skills and performance.--- Organized supplies for each training session, ensuring all equipment was clean, functional, and readily available for use during classes.
Qualifications--- Must be fluent in English and Spanish ---- English) with proficiency in both verbal and written communication is mandatory--- Must be able to teach in Spanish and English--- Must be reliable (mandatory)--- Must have a current AHA provider and instructor certifications for BLS (mandatory)--- Complete understanding of the AHA guidelines necessary to perform accurate work is required--- Must have experience or willing to learn--- Healthcare background preferred--- Must be complying--- Able to be efficient, trainable, and have high quality of work - ---- Position requires flexibility and adapt to schedule changes during the workday to include Saturday's and Sunday's, lunch hours and break times (mandatory)--- Organized supplies for each training session, ensuring all equipment was clean, functional, and readily available for use during classes. (mandatory)--- Prioritize and work independently collaborate with teammates for effective workload management and to fulfill customer requirements--- Organized, Detailed and Accurate--- Good People Skills, Persuasive and can lead to results is required--- Must be available to attend after hour training as needed--- Experience working in fast paced environment--- Effective time management skills to meet daily class sessions--- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong computer skills--- Demonstrated ability to drive change and meet deliverables--- Ability to work with multiple functional groups on multiple project--- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Word for Windows--- Willingness to submit to a pre-employment criminal background check and Drug test--- High School Diploma is a must OR Higher
