Job Description: We are looking for a Real Estate Recruiter with a hunter's mentality-someone who is relentless in pursuing top talent and has the skills to identify, engage, and secure high-caliber candidates. This role goes beyond traditional recruiting; it's about actively searching for exceptional real estate professionals who can make an immediate impact on our team. Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
--- Talent Hunting: Aggressively source, headhunt, and recruit top-performing real estate professionals, including agents, brokers, and support staff, who align with our company culture and goals.
--- Networking: Build and maintain a robust network of industry contacts, attending events, and leveraging social media and other platforms to identify and engage with potential candidates.
--- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct thorough screening and interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
--- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential hires, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
--- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute innovative recruiting strategies to meet hiring targets and support company growth.
--- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and the competitive landscape to proactively identify and attract top talent.

Qualifications:
--- Adhere to all guidelines and policies in the employee handbook.

--- Proven experience in recruiting (real estate preferred) or a related field with a focus on active talent hunting.
