Job Description:
A company is looking for a Carrier Onboarding Manager to
facilitate post-sales carrier engagement and ensure successful
adoption of their products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct onboarding sessions for various types of fleets to maximize
card usage
Provide responsive carrier support and act as a trusted advisor to
understand carrier needs
Monitor carrier health, reduce churn, and identify upselling
opportunities
Required Qualifications:
2-4 years of experience in customer success, account management, or
carrier support roles
Experience in financial, transportation/3PL, fleet fuel card,
telematics/ELD, or factoring sectors
Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
simultaneously
Familiarity with customer success/support software and CRM systems
is a plus
Proactive and self-motivated with a high degree of autonomy
