A company is looking for a Manager, Healthcare Services
Coordination to lead a team of coordinators and drive operations in
healthcare navigation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of coordinators to ensure high standards of
client service
Manage client interactions and coordinate care solutions with
clinicians and researchers
Oversee operational processes, including scheduling and billing
support
Required Qualifications
1+ years of management experience
2+ years of care coordination experience
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced
environment
Technological proficiency in managing operations and client
interactions
College degree preferred (BA or BS)
