Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Director - Solar (PV) to
manage utility-scale solar projects and lead a team of
engineers.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage utility-scale Solar PV projects from inception to
completion
Serve as the main client contact, building strong relationships and
addressing project needs
Provide leadership and mentorship to technical engineers, fostering
collaboration and improvement
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field;
advanced degree preferred
Ten years of professional experience; PE highly preferred
Extensive experience in the Solar PV market, particularly with
utility-scale projects
Proven leadership skills in managing and developing technical
teams
Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
