Job Description:
A company is looking for an Employment Counsel to provide legal
expertise on employment-related matters.
Key Responsibilities
Provide legal advice on a broad range of employment matters and
develop compliance procedures
Draft, review, and negotiate employment-related documents and
advise on internal investigations
Manage litigation, audits, and investigations while collaborating
with business stakeholders
Required Qualifications and Education
Juris doctorate from an accredited top-tier law school
Member in good standing of the California or New York State Bar
5+ years of employment law experience, including counseling
Openness to expanding knowledge of international employment
practices
Multi-state employment law experience is beneficial
